2  My kiddos, THREE of them!

3  Hubs home from work, again, and family coming next week

4  This Pandora station--for really! seeded from Leonard Cohen (be still my heart) and Ray Lamontagne. I call it soothers&songmasters and it's the best non-cheesy mellow music ever.

5  Warm fire on this chilly day, crocheting, and a sleepy baby . . . life is so good

Nine Things I Forgot about Having a Newborn

1  We all expect to change baby umpteen times a day, but so much of the bodily fluids involve mama's clothes . . .

2  Umpteen is a lot of times.

3  That feeling when your baby hears your voice and looks for you

4  When she stops crying, just because you picked her up--because you, just you, are enough

5  Seeing your other kids fall in love with their sibling

6  Daddy dancing

7  Those amazing moments when life IS lying around snuggling wee one

8  How you fall in love with your baby, over and over again, and then more

9  IT'S ALL WORTH IT. Every moment of hard is worth it.
